This is a complete foam mattress and does not contain metal springs, the base of the mattress contains firmer reflex foam with softer memory foam at the top.

Benefits of this mattress are :

This mattress is so very comfortable, we love it. You wake up really feeling the difference , it seems to hug your body. It is deep, and our bed is now high, but I actually like that.

Good firm mattress, much taller than old mattress but comfortable. Not so sure geltex makes any difference once a sheet is placed over it.
