Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

Standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is free at checkout. Delivery to Northern Ireland is £150. Please contact us before ordering if your address has difficult access or is in a remote area so we can confirm that delivery is available and discuss the arrangements. We do not currently offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or other offshore destinations through checkout.

Delivery dates vary by product and availability. Check the individual product page for its estimate. After ordering, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. Please provide a working mobile number and tell us about restricted parking, narrow entrances, stairs or lifts. Standard delivery is to the ground-floor entrance or building lobby. Room delivery, assembly or fitting is available only where agreed separately in advance.

If you order more than one item, we normally arrange one delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need separate delivery dates. For questions about a product or postcode, use our contact page.

Changing your mind

For eligible online purchases, you may tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. Contact us using the details on our contact page and include your order number. After notifying us, please return the goods within a further 14 days, unless we agree to collect them.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change of mind where the law permits. Large furniture usually needs a suitable carrier. If you ask us to arrange collection, we will explain the charge before booking; collection starts at £150. Handle items only as necessary to inspect them. We may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond that.

We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the extra amount is not refundable.

The statutory cancellation right may not apply to goods genuinely made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised. Choosing from our standard sizes, fabrics or colours does not automatically make an item exempt. We will identify any applicable exception before you place an order. Any exception for sealed hygiene goods applies only where the legal conditions are met.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible so we can help. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected by the change-of-mind information above. We will deal with return or collection costs in accordance with those rights.
