For customers in Northern Ireland, we offer delivery for a fee of £100. We understand that shipping costs can add up, and we strive to keep our prices as low as possible while still providing a high-quality service.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure that your products arrive safely and on time. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your delivery and plan accordingly.

When you place your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your delivery if necessary.

Fitting service

We provide a professional fitting service for all our products this can be selectedon the product page at time of order.

• Single price of £50
• Includes delivery to room of choice 
• The drivers will not take away old furniture or waste packaging
• Not Available in Northern ireland or some remote UK areas
• In circumstances where fitting cannot be done we will refund the cost.
• Please note the fitting service is always at the discretion of our delivery staff they will refuse fitting in circumstances where they may feel endangered or at risk. The company is not liable for any damage or loss caused whilst staff are on site. Larger/multiple orders price for fitting can be done on a bespoke quotation.

14 Day Free Returns

• Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to notify us if you wish to return it. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of this notification.
• Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging and any included accessories. Items must be free of stains, odours, and wear.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your product.

Custom Product Returns

• Manufacturing Defects: Custom or bespoke products are made to your specifications and are therefore not eligible for a general return. However, if your custom product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to either repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
• Notification: Please inspect your custom product upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any defects.
