14 Day Free Returns

Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to notify us if you wish to return it. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of this notification.
Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging and any included accessories. Items must be free of stains, odours, and wear.

Custom Product Returns

Manufacturing Defects: Custom or bespoke products are made to your specifications and are therefore not eligible for a general return. However, if your custom product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to either repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
