We can usually arrange delivery on specific days if required or store the item for future delivery
We deliver to Northern Ireland weekly surcharge cost of £100
Standard Delivery is to ground floor front door all our items are easy home assembly beds usually arrive in 5 pieces we can provide assembly instructions by video.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at the responsibility of the customer
Please note Bespoke and custom orders are excluded from our returns policy.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We ship to the whole of mainland UK excluding highlands. We can organise shipping via freight forwarder to Isle of Mann and Isle of Wight please contact us for an individual quote. We ship to Northern Ireland on a weekly basis at a surcharge of £100 please select this at checkout.
We aim to deliver most of our items within 7 to 10 days and will call you within 24 hrs. of ordering to arrange a convenient day. You can arrange to delay delivery at your convenience we will store your items until ready. Standard Delivery is to ground floor front door anything more than this must be arranged with ourselves in advance.
